CANCELLATION POLICIES

• If a cancellation is made up to 90 days before the tour departure date, it will not be will charge a penalty.

• If a cancellation is made between 89 and 61 days before the tour departure date, A penalty of 50% of the total cost will be applied.

• IF a cancellation is made between 60 and until the tour departure date, a cancellation fee will be applied, a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the tour.

PAYMENT POLICIES

• To confirm the space(s) you must pay 50% of the total value of the service required within the period of 8 business days, otherwise the services or spaces will be released.

• The balance of 50% must be paid up to 60 days before the operation date of the confirmed service.

• For reservations confirmed between 30 days and the departure date of the tour or service contracted, a deposit of 100% of the total cost is required to guarantee the operation.
